SOOOO much Zucchini...and I'm in total heaven!!
But what am I going to do with it all?
Oh you better believe that I have a plan, and it involves every single last bit of this beautiful zucchini.
Of course I'll be freezing the above seven pounds for later use, but it's all going towards making the same thing.
What, you ask?
Well, I'm going to make you wait, but I will say/write that I think I have created the best raw food recipe/condiment EVAR.
It's simple, a comfort food, and I think (and hope) that it's going to grab you by your taste buds and make you shed tears of joy and confusion.
Tomorrow...just you wait!

Date: 2009-08-11 04:29 pm (UTC)my gf brought it back with her after a stay with her grandmother up in oregon. aparently the woman had a whole bunch of neat vintage kitchen scales, so my friend was able to snatch one for me no problem. it's one of my favorite kitchen gadgets!
