Well, Elmer seems to be happy is his new home. Thankfully Lucy seems to be okay as well. The only cat that has reacted negatively is Silver, and this is very surprising because she's always so subdued. After the initial "introduction" of the two dogs Lucy and Elmer went right into play mode and tussled around for a while. I left to go for a quick run, and when I came back they we're both in their separate beds, chewing on tiny bones.
So cute.
My little family.
The Mom and Step-dad came by to welcome the lil' pup to his new home, and whie they were here I managed to get a couple of cute close-up shots of Elmer...so here they are, along with a shot of today's quick but yummy lunch.

He just wouldn't sit still...

Today's lunch...super simple cold zucchini "pasta" salad with a bunch of avocado, kelp granules [my fav], and a sesame dressing: Sesame Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Braggs Liquid Aminos, Lime Juice [a lot], Agave, and water.
I've been craving Oriental food lately and this totally hit the spot.
