yah, i was totally aware of this. however i have to say that i'm in agreement with the last link in your comment (i've read something very similar before - just wish i could remember where). i too buy at ENF, and i've checked on their source for nuts/cashews, feeling confidant with the claim that their cashews are a raw living food. either way i'm not torn up about it.
