By some strange act of science I've developed a serious love for an activity that I never thought physically possible...mainly because of my history with bronchial asthma. Over the last few weeks I've fallen very deeply in love with running. Granted I don't think I'll ever consider myself a "runner", but so far I've built up my pace to one mile [this is HUGE] without stopping, and my goal over the next year is to run every single day - at the very most taking one day off - and doing the Trinidad to Clam Beach run with C. I seriously don't remember the last time I've felt so good, and I never thought in a million years that I'd be addicted to an activity that I could barely even stand the thought of not too long ago.

On a similar note - I finally uploaded a TON of pictures from my camera...including some yummy food.

Stuffed zucchini for D's birthday BBQ

Stuffed Bellpepper - part of my Christmas Eve dinner. This was seriously AMAZING.

An enormous dinner salad. Gooooood.

The best fruit salad I've ever eaten. Seriously. Apples, Pears, Banana, Kiwi, Blue Berries, Raspberries, and about a tablespoon of OJ --- the OJ truly made the salad.

Part of tonights "Super Bowl Dinner"... Zucchini "pasta" salad topped with avocado, pepper and pickled garlic

Super Bowl dinner continued...baked "breaded" [gluten free] tofu. Recipe was totally off the cuff - and SO good that C cleaned her plate. I love cooking for my friends.

One more shot of dinner, with my secret sauce on the tofu.

xoxo~

I recently took up running. It lasted a couple of weeks with surprising and encouraging results. I fell off the wagon but intend to get back on any day now. I wanted to pass on this link a friend recommended. It's a very comprehensive site on running and has a great section for new runners. One thing they say is people shouldn't run every day, even seasoned runners. Maybe it'd be fine for you but I thought I'd pass that on.

Ok, I feel inspired. Maybe tomorrow?

Thank you SO much! I love the site. Already I've gotten some pretty awesome reinforcement from it.
How are you?

How funny... I've developed a serious love for running too... I just busted out with it one day. Granted not far, nor fast, but baby steps! Love it... feel totally inspired and motivated by it!
