This photo was taken by sheer luck. I'd been rolling around on the lawn trying to catch a snap-shot of Lucy, and then the perfect pose was captured...I think I'm gonna have to frame this one.

I promise to post a really awesome recipe for a very decadent raw chocolate pudding that I came up with over the weekend...as soon as I take a decent photo of it. My sister and I had the pudding over fruit salad and it was SO sinfully good - and raw, AND vegan. Yay!!!
