Myster dinner - even to me...

Guilty pleasure confession:
I friggin LOVE "Gene Simmons Family Jewels". Seriously. I love that show, and I love that family [or at least how they're portrayed]. Okay - I'll just stop there. TV is evil.

Tonight's dinner - well, it goes like this:
I had no idea what I was doing until I started - with the exception of knowing that I deff wanted stuffed mushrooms.
And so the story begins...



I saw this baby squash at ENF this afternoon, and I thought to myself:
"Self, maybe you should try that suspicious looking winter squash in tonights dinner. Who knows, it could be really yummy."
So I bought it. Clueless as to what I was getting myself into, but I didn't want to have any food regrets.

D and I had a nice time walking around oldtowne this afternoon - and stopped into my favorite used bookstore, where I ended up buying three new/used books:
