I'm not going to lie...I'm really excited about this one!
I liken the flavor of this cheeze to Jarlsberg crossed with Cheddar - slightly savory.
Dangerous, really dangerous.
And NO dehydrator or fermentation!
It's up for viewing on the bloggy-poo!
