I ended up defiling your sour cream by stirring it through cooked pasta with some salt & sauteed mushroom/onion. BAD GIRL! (It was fuckin' goooooood though! Briggsy even scoffed it!)
OMG that sounds AMAZING! i've had brown rice pasta once or twice over the last year and done something similar - it's pretty amazing how versatile that shit can be! i've made some KILLER vegan/gluten free cooked mac n' cheeze in the past using my Monsterella Cheeze (http://www.addictedtoveggies.com/2010/04/raw-cheese-good-kind.html) and some some home made almond milk. goddamn it was good!
