I notice you use cashews a lot, and was wondering if you're aware they're a food commonly labeled raw, but they're not? I use the Eureka Natural Foods cashews anyway cuz I'm not that strict & don't use them often. Only bringing it up b/c you have been concerned about that lately. I've read in a few places that the majority of "raw" cashews are not raw from the process used to separate it from the shell.
