So flattered! :-D Seriously, this blog has been such an important part in the change that I've been making to my life over the past couple of months. It's not complete (change never is!), but the combination of yoga and raw vegan foods has made me so much happier and SO much more 'whole' as a person. Yoga alone is great, but had I not started eating more raw vegan meals (and honestly, without your recipes I wouldn't have bothered), I know I wouldn't feel nearly as good as I do now. I'm just . . . amazed at how much better I feel! So thank you, a million plus one.
